Refund and Returns Policy

Overview Returns

Customers may return products within 15 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
Customized, personalized, or final sale items are not eligible for return unless defective.
To initiate a return, contact our customer support at support@zevienza.com with your order details and reason for return.
Customers may be asked to provide evidence, such as photos, supporting return claims.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refund eligibility will be confirmed.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
If the original payment method cannot be refunded, store credit will be issued.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or the product is defective.

Exchanges are allowed only for defective or damaged products.
For exchange requests, contact support within 7 days of delivery.
The exchanged product will be shipped after receipt and inspection of the returned item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to a defective product or error on our part.
Returned items must be shipped securely to prevent damage in transit.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Items damaged due to customer misuse or negligence are not eligible for return or refund.
Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Orders can be canceled before dispatch by contacting support.
Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible, and return procedures apply.
